1-12 Back Take from Spin-Under Armbar

And here it all starts to come together. You’ve learned how to go from the back to the armbar with a few armbar variations, and now you can see one instance of going from the armbar to the back, essentially rewinding—or doing in reverse—the armbar entry that you used from the turtle. This technique is where I started to think about the rewind principle and to explore the idea of two-way connections between techniques. It’s a simple idea, but applying it to your game can help you to forge some new connections that you might otherwise have missed.
