The sit-up reset motion and the Kimura have a lot in common. They both dovetail into attacking the back and attacking armbars. If you explore the Kimura concept more deeply, you can add a new layer to the way that you attack, transition, and control. This particular lesson plan draws upon a variety of Artechoke resources to bring multiple perspectives into your learning.
